The problem with being an engineer at a small firm and also being a Shadowrun GM is that you sit in an engineering meeting and thing to yourself, "This would make such a great run, there's corporate politics, big money, and a great run location. There would be some B&E, a datagrab, maybe some sabatoge or an extraction." Then you realize that the run you are designing takes place against you and you really shouldn't be thinking along these lines. Then you realize it's now your turn to give part of the presentation and eveyone is waiting for you.
On a completely unrelated note, going >30MPH under your own power is an amazing rush.
