I decided to play around with RSS feeds today. I like the general idea quite a bit, but there seems to be something lacking in the implementation. I really don't like the browser bookmark implementations, such as the one in Firefox and Safari. The interface just isn't all that useful for me, as I want to subscribe to >100 feeds so things just get too cramped. The three pane newsreader style aggregators could be nice, but the one I was using (SharpReader) was fairly buggy and lacked a bunch of features I would want. Net News Wire might be nice. Of course, there are still a bunch of sites I read that don't have RSS feeds, so I'm not certain that an RSS reader would be all that much use. I'll probably just stick to my current method of opening bookmark folders in tabs and angering the murlock.
