Suprised? Nope
10 February 2005 12:53The things I have to say about North Korea's nuclear weapons seem so obvious that it is almost embarrassing to have to say them. Lets make this a multiple choice test.
Which of these three countries is the biggest threat to the world? Which one should we spend the most amount of time and money dealing with in order to promote world peace?
A) The country that once had chemical weapons, but claims that they were destroyed a decade ago, and US and UN weapons inspectors on the ground verified this claim, and the absence of programs to build any more WMDs
B) The country that has a domestic nuclear power program, but has signed the NPT and, as a result, allows inspectors to search for signs of a nuclear weapon program
C) The country that has a nuclear power program, claims to be developing nuclear weapons, has thrown out inspectors, has been testing missiles capable of carrying said weapons, and has quit the NPT
***BONUS QUESTION***
Which of the above countries have massive oil deposits, don't allow US oil companies to bid for their development, and are working on selling oil in something other than US dollars? (There may be more than one answer.)
