Spirituality--The Itch that accompanies those fleeting moments of connection with something Beyond and Greater and the search to scratch it again.
Faith--The internalized acceptance of some explanation for the Itch, often inherited and usually shared by your clan, but sometimes acquired after hearing better ghost stories around someone else's fire.
Religion--The formal architecture constructed around Faith, first to preserve it, then to expand it, after that to protect it from the Religion next door, and finally a business proposition and employment program.
Theology--Comes in three forms. 1) Speculating on the unknowable origins of the Itch. 2) Pondering the particular implications of your own Faith. 3) Providing justification for the business proposition and employment program.
