So we were given some really nifty headphones at work due to the large amounts of white noise from the computers/climate control. How nifty can headphones be you ask? Well, these headphones drop background noise by, I'm guessing, about 40 dB! Plus the speakers in them are so good that I can tell the difference between a CD recording and a 160kbps MP3. I'm hearing things in the music that I never knew was there before. Plus they are really light quite comfortable, and totally self contained. The only problem I have with them is that the number of typos I make has gone up. See, normally I type REALLY LOUD, and it seems that I have become so accustomed to hearing the keys that I use it as a way of noticing when I make a mistake. Since I don't hear my keystrokes anymore, I'm not noticing misstrokes as much. Strange.

My A-kon tickets came in the mail today, so I guess this mean I really will be going. Weee!

I was coming up with a character concept for Vampire, and have now decided that I want a pair of motley leather raider pants lined with black satin and open-toe boots.
