That would have been an odd report...

On my way to work I was almost hit by a balloon. The balloon was planning on landing in a large field, but descended just a bit too fast, touched down in the road in front of me and then skipped over to the field.

Last year I was also almost in a balloon related collision, but that was due to the driver of a minivan attempting to take pictures of the balloons while making a left turn across a major intersection and not realizing that it had a double turn lane.

They are pretty though.
